CD Label Designer uses clipboard to transfer objects from one label to another. In addition, you can exchange information between CD Label Designer and other applications, too. Texts are copied to the clipboard in RTF  (Rich Text Format) format so you can copy text object to word processing application. And vice versa - you can copy part of text from word processing application and paste it to the label. Pictures are also copied in its native format, which means  that you can exchange them between different application in a similar way.
